  This place is horrible to live, they have pest problems and every month expect tenants to live with their kitchen and bathroom cabinet things in their living room so they can exterminate. The neighbors down stairs had bugs and they both left their apartments. They give short notice on when they are coming to do this. They gave us a Wednesday notice for Monday. I have kids and that is not enough time to arrange something for them or my pets. Management is rude and was close on Saturday to turn in our notice to vacate so we turned in on the 3rd and they want us to stay until September 30th. She tells me 30 days starts from the time it was turned it ok so 30 days would be September 2nd. They wont prorate us, but they prorated us to move in early to fill this empty apartment.
