    Usually this is our preferred salon because of the great service and professional stylists, but today they missed the mark. I utilized the check-in on-line service and it showed a 30 minute wait. I went to the salon and was informed it was still 30 minutes. Not a big deal, ran to the grocery store and came back after 30 minutes. When I asked if I was close to being up, they said it'd still be 30 more minutes. I waited and was informed the stylist was running late, but was told she was informed she had a client waiting. When she finally arrived, no sense of urgency. I couldn't wait any longer and walked out which is what 2 other clients did previously and I would have done earlier if they were honest with the wait time.

    In general the results depend on the staff present during your visit. This time I was lucky. Karla did a great job. Good quality work paired with pleasant conversation. Thanks
