  If you have been struggling with seeing the change that you want to see in the gym, this is the place. The staff is extremely friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and the people that come here will hold you accountable. The classes are structured for any level and there are trainers to help you through any techniques that need some extra attention or just a "well done".
  
  Within the first month of being here I lost a pant size with no major changes in what I was eating other than paying more attention to when I was eating.
  
  If you want to say "I went to the gym today" and pay $10 a month for a gym, join a planet fitness. If you are looking for a place where you will see and feel the difference, join Coastal. You'll have a full community of people behind you and to support you to achieve your goals.
