  The store manager Meredith is in the wrong line of work and needs to be replaced. Meredith likes to make up her own rules when it comes to returning store merchandise with a receipt. Your company needs to invest in printing all store return policies on the back of each receipt. All store returns with receipt needs to be made clear to each customer printed in black and white. At no time should a return be based on how a manager maybe feeling good mood or bad mood on a particular day. Meredith go back home and please start your day over. Remember your dealing with the public!!!
