  I called to pay my balance and was spoken to very disrespectful to by "Shay." She treated me as though I was a bother to call and pay my balance. (I was not a late or overdue payment, either)

  AVOID! THEY LOSE YOUR PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN SAMPLE, THEN TELL YOU THEY DID THE WRONG TEST ETC ETC, A WEEK LATER!
  HAVE TO COME IN ALL OVER AGAIN, WASTE OF TIME AND LOSS OF WEEKS EARNINGS. LONG WAITS!
